Plagiarism

Within this blog i will be talking about plagiarism. I will be discussing what it is? What can happen to you if you do? And ways around avoiding it happening to you.

what is it?

To avoid plagiarism, you must give credit whenever you use, some one else’s work. Such as in the body of your essay or in any other academic work you are partaking in.

What can happen to you if you do plagiarise your work?

Many colleges have many different policies , such as in my own college itb.
1. Plagiarism is a serious academic offence that must be avoided by all students
2. Students found to commit plagiarism are subject to Institute disciplinary
procedures
3.Where there is evidence to suggest plagiarism in examinations, a formal process of
enquiry will be initiated by the Course Tutor

What it’s the best way to not plagiarise?

The best way for one not to plagiarise some ones work, is to give credit to where credit is due. One can do this by referencing or citing someone. By doing this you should have no problems in your future essays or whatever college work one must referents in.

So until next time thank you for reading.
